So I think it is the same thing. The team does its job and gets past the mistake. If you make the mistake once and you are not in the right place at the right time, it just goes to the team. If you make the mistake a lot, it just goes to the team. Its not the wrong decision that is wrong. It is the mistake that is not well thought out.
