Land title marketing is a way to help you get your home title. It’s not as hard as you might think.

One of the best parts is when you go to your title company and you see what they have written down for your property. No one wants to see your house. At best they want your information. At worst they want to take your house away from you. Its bad for both parties.

It is bad for the real estate agent who gets paid a commission, but not for the real estate buyer, who needs to see the home to make an informed decision. If I was the person who was going to purchase their home, I would get a real estate agent and get some feedback to make sure I knew the house was what I wanted. I would also do some research on the home. I would take pictures of the house, and then post them all over the internet.

You can do all of these things. But what you really need is an agent who can negotiate the sale. Real estate agents aren’t going to make themselves happy unless the property is in the buyer’s price range and the home is in the buyer’s price range.
