I would also do some research on the home. I would take pictures of the house, and then post them all over the internet.
You can do all of these things. But what you really need is an agent who can negotiate the sale. Real estate agents aren’t going to make themselves happy unless the property is in the buyer’s price range and the home is in the buyer’s price range.
