And when I say people, I mean people. It has to be people who are comfortable being in the spotlight. And that isnt me.
A marketing manager is basically a person who is in charge of a group of people who are making a particular decision. Whether they are buying a product, writing a blog post, or promoting their company, all of these roles involve making decisions for other people. The best marketing managers are also the most aware of where their decisions are going from minute to minute and what their priorities should be.
