I had a client who just wanted to promote his business and needed help doing it. I was hired to give him a lot of information and help him get started. I did that by giving him the names of the vendors who were going to be in his business and their contact information. I also gave him a map of his space so he could see how the space was laid out and how everything worked.
I was also asked to give him tips for running a business. So I spent a good amount of time giving him the most important information, and then getting to know the people who worked there. I also got to know some of the owners, and I had a great time.
Well, the best part about this is that it wasn’t just me. There were a lot of other people in the office that felt the same way. So it was really a team effort. We were all working so hard to help him. It’s really made me feel like an employee, just a part of another team.
That is a really great feeling. Its a great feeling because you feel that part of you is doing that for him. And thats what it looks like when you’re getting to know the people who work there. They don’t just think, “I worked there for a year and we had zero interaction with each other.” They actually think that they all have a similar goal. It really was a team effort.
There’s something about the way Ramsey and co. has built those tight circle of employees that feels refreshing when you’re on the outside. I am a little bit jealous, but not too much, since I know it’s a team effort that really works.
The team that I worked with at ramsey had a lot of similarities to the ramsey team that I would have worked with if I was at ramsey. They were all very self-aware and self-aware of their own role in the company and the larger company. There was a lot of “don’t mess with me” and “I’m going to fix this” in the tone of their voice.
The way I look at it, the way the company is structured, the way the company deals with the outside world, the way they treat their employees, the way they treat their customers, the way they treat their investors, the way they treat their customers is all a part of how the company’s going to survive. It’s just how it is.
We’ve never, ever, ever seen a company as big as that. The way a company grows, the way they deal with their customers, the way they deal with their shareholders, the way they treat their employees, the way they treat their customers, is all a part of how the company will grow, the company will survive, and the company will prosper.
For many companies, this is actually a very good thing. They have a plan for how to grow and a plan for how to deal with their customers. These plans can include everything from product development to employee training to cost-cutting to acquisitions to marketing. It’s just the way they deal with their customers that will determine whether they succeed or fail.
Its a very common thing for companies to have a plan for how they will treat their customers, and in most cases, that is a good thing. In the case of Dave ramsey, its not a good thing because the company plans to grow by adding more staff and by paying these folks more to do the same work. At the same time, the company doesn’t see that they are adding a lot of value to their customers by paying these workers $30 per hour.
