We need to become more confident that our salespeople know what they are selling. This is because as they build up their ability to sell, we can see it more clearly. For many salespeople this is a process that takes time. In my case, it took me three months of watching my salespeople work on our website. I learned a lot about the process of selling by watching my salespeople.
The first thing to remember is that we aren’t selling the vision. The vision is the solution to our problem. We see it clearly. We’ve been working on it and we see it clearly. We know we can make it happen.
The vision is what we are selling. The problem Solving is the solution. We want to find a solution to our problem. We have a vision of how we can fix our problem. We need a good solution. We have a good solution. We can make it happen. We will make it happen.
That is what marketing is all about, people. We need a vision of how we can fix our problem and show people how the solution is going to work. We have a vision and we will use our vision to create the solution. Its about showing people how we can solve their problem. We know this because we have been there before. We have seen how the vision worked. We know it works because we have been there before.
Of course that’s only true if you have a good solution. Unfortunately, the reality is that most companies don’t have a good solution. And in the current economy, most companies don’t have good solutions.
